T25 day 1

Day 1 of this 21 day challenge is in the books. Got my T25 Cardio workout in and with the exception of the three bites of leftover pizza I accidentally ate without thinking, I've eaten great... Whole, plant based and healthy. Baby steps, and I'm celebrating every little victory. Motivation Monday with my sweaty self. ☺

Stupid app

So my iphone blog posting app won't let me post pics. I've been trying to get it fixed but it won't go. Any who... Tomorrow starts a 21 day fitness bootcamp with my cousin/Beachbody coach helping support me. Diet, food and daily exercise.....I certainly need this!!. Let's see what I can accomplish!!

Starting anew.

Greetings long lost friends!!. Lots has happened in the last year. I'm married, happy and healthy but I also happen to be at my highest weight yet. Dating my now husband was fun but I think we enjoyed our nights out a little too much. I'm thinking that perhaps getting back to blogging and writing out my challenges and hopefully successes will give me some accountability and motivation. Goals include more consistent exercise and healthier food choices. I'm jump starting this with an online accountability group for 3 weeks with my Beachbody coach/cousin and prep week starts on the 6th. Here goes nothing...

Who else wants some accountability?. Anyone else want to journey through this blogger life with me?. I'd love to hear your own struggles and successes :)

Wisco Bound

I'm finally heading back to WI for a week long visit, woohoo!  The fun starts Wednesday and I'm bringing James along to meet everyone.  It's fun to think about all the fun to be had during summers in Wisco, i just bought Brewers tickets and even though they stink this year, it's the tailgating baseball experience I'm looking for.  Also on the docket, the Sate Fair, Lakefront Brewery, and Sprechers.  In addition it will be so nice to see family and dear sweet friends.  If you're in WI July31-Aug7 let me know and let's plan something!!! Pics and notes of the adventure to come soon!
