"Snowmagedon" before & after....

For the last few days the weather gods have been touting warnings of a "snowmagedon" type blizzard that was going to rock our world this weekend with 6-10" of snow.  Despite my great dislike of cold weather I was actually looking forward to hunkering down and getting buried indoors by piles of snow. Here is the "before" shot.

Disappointing isn't it!!  For a brief moment I thought it might actually start to feel like Christmas - alas, my hopes have been dashed and yet again, despite their gross inaccuracy, the weather gods still have their jobs some how and I'm stuck with icy roads and lots of wind.  Here's to hoping we get a good dump of snow before Dec 24. :)
