This post comes a bit out of order but such is life when submerged in school work and clinical rotations. By the grace of God, we were given a four day weekend with no class and no tests to study for. Katie, Kris & I used this opportunity to get the heck out of this town for a bit and go chill in beautiful San Diego with Megan. It was a GLORIOUS time!

Headed to the beach to check out the locals and enjoy the sunset - from a roller coaster :).
Megs gave us the tour of the bay with the Navy Ships and we did a bit of window shopping :)
And as with any good vacation we relaxed, conversed and did anything BUT school work. It was absolutely wonderful and such a blessing! Next break...Wisconsin in August, get excited people - I'm coming home!
